Memento Grill in Hannover

I've ordered different dishes from Memento several times. The food was delicious and fresh. The delivery time of 40 minutes was met exactly and the food was lavishly packed so that it arrived warm to us. Conclusion: recommendation and please keep it up!

We have now been there 3 times and had something to take away. Absolutely great, for someone who works as a cook it is very difficult to find a restaurant where you can still settle down. I don't see any concerns here, even if my last Adana kebab skewer wasn't quite through and there was still raw meat in the middle. That can happen is not nice, but that's the way it is. Hygiene is important and it is top ... cleanliness in the kitchen that you can see is the alpha and omega for me! Staff also super nice, so all in all great

Right now one of the best in Hanover. Staff nice and friendly. Food very tasty and fresh. In terms of price, it is also ok.

We have been to Memento twice so far, the food is good and the staff is friendly. But the waiting time is catastrophic, especially if you want to take something away quickly. We waited over 15 minutes on both orders, it just can't be, and there was only one customer before us. Even customers who came after us got their food faster. We had only ordered a salad and a doner kebab, so really not the world.

Delicious food - but the organization and the service are unfortunately a disaster. For the second time in a row, the order was not carried out correctly (everyone should understand the kebab bag with only meat and cocktail sauce). The first time I went there again, but now that's too stupid for me. Pity!

Very tasty selection of Turkish dishes, the portions are large. I can't remember being served as friendly and courteous as here. Whereby "served" is almost the wrong expression, because the hospitality shown is in no way artificial, but appears natural and warm.

Very friendly. A little slow when it's full, but everything is freshly prepared and tastes accordingly good. My girlfriend and her partner loved the lamb dishes while my husband and I had chicken skewers. Very successful, very tasty. Again and again. ?

In the beginning we always enjoyed eating there and we were very satisfied. Unfortunately the last few times weren't so great. Doner gratin different than usual and with the doner the bread was not so nice. Despite criticism, always very friendly.

I am here occasionally with my family. The food is delicious and all of the staff were very friendly to us. We always eat the large grill plate here, so I can't tell you anything about the other dishes.

I ordered online there twice. It was a catastrophe. The first time the kebab was hardly occupied. No sauce on it and dry. The second time it was instead of veal there was chicken on top of an extremely small dollop of sauce. With both orders you always gave the 2 sauces on the kebab. Even this was not investigated. Either way, the quality is no longer what it was in the beginning. The main thing is to do it quickly and not respond to any requests.

People people. Such a good kitchen .. but the service ... It can't be. There is always something going wrong. If you come as a group, someone will always get their meal 10-20 minutes later, but only if you actively ask. All very nice people, but the simple handling of the service is not right. On Sundays you sometimes have a lady who is recognizable as a professional. Then it works too. Let this lady explain to the others how service works. Simple example: An employee (presumably the owner) stands at the table and chats with friends for 20 minutes. I'm sitting at the table and I'm served for the FIRST TIME after 35 minutes. If the kitchen wasn't so great, I would have been there for the last time that day. But like this: I come again and again.

There is still a lot of room for improvement: the kebab bread tasted dry and floury, lahmacun had a rubbery consistency with kebab meat that had barely rotated three times on the grill. Three snapshots that, as I said, leave a newly opened store with a lot of development potential. Addendum: The store should urgently change the veal kebab supplier. Again I had lahmacun with veal: I had to spit out hard knurled stuff twice, the meat itself has an almost indefinable consistency and little meat taste. Another star deduction.

Been there for the first time. The food is very tasty and everything is totally fresh. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is super nice and very clean. I will go there again!

Ordered 8 food and 4 were wrong (wrong sauces, onions, although none wanted ... A pide was ordered, nothing was delivered, after a call you received a kebab pizza ??) On the phone, the gentleman did not seem to attach particular importance to the wishes of the customer and even if the food was of a reasonably decent quality, the many mistakes caused a lot of frustration! Better service is absolutely necessary!

Our first visit was good. The owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. She even sent us home with a fresh salad because we talked with her so much the salad we ordered went soggy. Good first impression. Moving forward to our recent visit. My wife ordered a still water and the server brought us fizzy water in a dirty glass, so minus 2 points. She took our order but after 25 minutes and noticing other newer customers receiving their food we asked about that and she came back and took our order again. Apparently a burger and döner was too hard to remember. When the food finally came, the döner Tasche bread was very stale, most likely frozen, unlike the fresh bread we are used to. The child’s high chair was dirty as well, but they cleaned it after we pointed it out. Lots of wasps outside but that’s not their fault. Overall, our good first impression was ruined and we won’t be going back. The owner was very nice though.

I can only recommend this restaurant! The staff is super friendly and works very quickly! Price-performance ratio is great! And the food was very, very tasty, the toilet as well as the restaurant and outside area were very clean! Always my pleasure :)

Very clear recommendation! Great employees, very nice and accommodating. Very delicious food and sometimes different from what you know from every Turkish grill. New and modern location. Everything was super clean and prices are also okay. I would love to come back and I would definitely recommend you. Keep it up!

I ordered a rump steak and it was served perfectly !! Have rarely eaten such a good steak. The service was also very nice and courteous. I'll come here more often.
